Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Juvenate ("Juvenate," "we," "us," or "our") operates juvenate.com (the "Site"), a directory that helps consumers compare medical spas and aesthetic providers in the Philadelphia-to-Lehigh-Valley region. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you submit a "Claim Your Listing" form, contact us, or sign up for a paid listing tier.
- Information collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Information from third parties — such as publicly available business information (e.g., Google Business Profile data) used to populate directory listings.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its directory listings;
- Verify listing claims and communicate with providers about their listings;
- Process payments for paid listing tiers (Silver/Gold);
- Send transactional emails or texts (e.g., claim confirmations, verification alerts) and, where you've opted in, marketing or performance updates;
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Site;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM, forms, and messaging), Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing), and Google Analytics (site analytics);
- Legal or safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Juvenate, our users, or others;
- Business transfers — if Juvenate is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use Juvenate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at admin@mail.juvenate.com. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Children's Privacy
Juvenate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including individual provider websites and booking pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
