These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of juvenate.com (the "Site"), operated by Juvenate ("Juvenate," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

Juvenate is an informational directory that allows consumers to compare medical spas and aesthetic providers in the Philadelphia-to-Lehigh-Valley region. Juvenate is not a medical provider, does not provide medical advice, and does not endorse any specific provider or treatment. Pricing, availability, and service details shown on the Site are published as a general guide and may vary — always confirm details directly with the provider and consult a licensed professional before booking any treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a listing claim on behalf of a business.

Listings & Claiming a Listing

Businesses may appear on Juvenate based on publicly available information. A business owner or authorized representative may "claim" a listing to verify ownership and manage certain listing details. By submitting a claim, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business and that the information you provide is accurate.

Juvenate offers free and paid listing tiers (Silver and Gold). Paid tiers include additional features such as expanded photo galleries and enhanced placement, as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

Fees & Payment

Paid listing tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize Juvenate (or its payment processor) to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time by contacting admin@mail.juvenate.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Your Responsibilities

If you claim or manage a listing, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false claims, impersonating another business or person, or attempting to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Juvenate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view and use the Site for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Juvenate does not warrant that listing information is complete, accurate, or current, and does not guarantee any particular outcome from using or booking with a listed provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juvenate and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any provider you find through the Site.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (such as individual provider websites, booking tools, and payment processors). Juvenate is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or remove or unpublish a listing, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
